What Success Looks Like
- Take over accounting operations. Understand and take ownership of the Company’s accounting operations within the first 30 days. Proficiently manage the second monthly close after observing the first one.
- Bring us to best practice. In the first 90 days, refine core accounting processes (payments, treasury, close, etc.) to achieve a best practice state and audit readiness for future closes. Shorten our monthly close time to under 10 calendar days.
- Make us scalable. In the first 6 months, implement systems and processes that allow us to 10x the size of our business without running into issues in accounting. Improve revenue cycle management, support (or lead) NetSuite implementation, and address any issues in historical periods.
- Open a path to IPO. In the first 12 months, engage a Big-4 auditor jointly with the CFO and complete an audit of the Company’s 2024 and 2025 financials.
