Senior Manager, Sales Analytics and Data Science

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics and Data Science at Airtable, you will play a supportive and strategic role within the Revenue and Revenue Operations Teams. This position focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and data engineering to enhance our revenue-generating capabilities. You will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing analytics that drive crucial business decisions and support the operational needs of the Revenue and Revenue Operations Teams.
What you'll do
- Support Revenue Operations by providing advanced analytical frameworks and data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Design and maintain comprehensive data pipelines, leveraging tools like DBT and Looker to ensure accurate and accessible data for all stakeholders.
- Develop standardized reporting systems that track the health and trajectory of the business, including detailed analyses of sales data stored within Salesforce and our data warehouse environment.
- Synthesize complex datasets into clear narratives and visual representations, making strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and expand our use of predictive modeling techniques, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational practices.
- Oversee the implementation and refinement of metrics definitions within our data systems to accurately reflect business performance and opportunities.
- Build and maintain data products which help Airtables Sales and CSG Team add revenue and meet our customers needs - for example - a Customer Data Dashboard.
Who you are
- You have 8+ years of experience working directly with Salesforce data within a data warehouse environment, ideally in a high-growth tech setting.
- Experience building scalable data products for GTM Teams.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with analytics tools such as Looker, DBT, and data pipelining technologies.
- Strong background in metrics definition, predictive modeling, and providing actionable insights from large datasets.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Revenue Operations and other teams to support strategic decisions and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to a variety of audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
