The Airtable Success team is searching for a passionate and creative Learning Program Designer who will build and own the Airtable Academy and Certification programs to be offered to our customers. This role will be a part of the dynamic and growing Scaled Customer Success Education Team, who is responsible for the education and ongoing success of our enterprise Customers. This role is a great opportunity to develop from scratch, and increase customers’ skills and competencies in an effective way, which will in turn make a large impact on our CS team and company holistically.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Enterprise customer academy, related courses, and content for each core persona at Airtable.
  • Design and build our learning content for self-paced courses and certifications that ensure our customers are successful in using Airtable to solve their business challenges.
  • Lead the creation of scalable and interactive learning assets for customer education.
  • Independently manage the program, including scoping, designing, and nderstanding content needs for each persona.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer education programs, and make iterative changes to constantly improve the program and course content.
  • Evolve program content based on changes to the product roadmap and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with our community team to improve advocacy and interest in our program and product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of education program with overall customer success/sales/marketing strategy.
  • Support our Education leader and team in meeting our core education goals in FY25 and beyond to uplevel the skills of our Enterprise users to help scale their success using Airtable.

What you should have:

  • 5+ years in content and course development
  • 2+ in exam/certification development
  • 4+ years of Project/Program Management skills
  • Knowledge of learning management and certification systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Certification program and project management experience
  • Knowledge of exam development, localization, training and education including courses released on online learning platforms
  • A working knowledge of form building, exam blueprint development and assessment design
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships
  • Facilitation skills to drive conversations around data, infrastructure, project management, and simplification
  • Strong written, spoken and visual communication skills (including factual reporting, presentation design, use of appropriate tone and voice for difference audiences)
  • Strong analytic/investigative capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with common tools for credentialing, badging, and monetization integrations

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $185,000 - $279,000 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC and LA. For offices outside of these locations the base salary range is $166,000 - $250,000. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
