Yardzen is seeking a Client Experience Agent who’s passionate about helping people create outdoor spaces they love. You’ll play a key role supporting Project Managers and clients throughout the design process, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a consistently high-quality experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute across a fast-growing, mission-driven company redefining how people design and build outdoors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
  • Troubleshoot design, deliverable, and timeline issues, escalating as needed
  • Communicate proactively to set expectations and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Track client progress through key milestones and address potential roadblocks early
  • Use internal tools (CRM, ticketing, project management) to manage workflows and follow-up
  • Partner with Sales, Project Management and Operations teams to deliver a consistent client journey
  • Facilitate client calls and represent the voice of the client across teams
  • Identify common client questions and pain points to improve templates, FAQs, and resources
  • Serve as the voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to help improve our products and services.
  • Monitor trends and share insights that drive improvements in client satisfaction and efficiency

About You:

  • Available 40 hours/week, including Saturdays (EST hours)
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear, kind, and professional communicator
  • Self-motivated and comfortable multitasking with minimal oversightExperienced with CRM systems (Zendesk a plus)
  • Energized by fast-paced, startup environments
  • Passionate about outdoor living and sustainable design
