Yardzen is looking for a motivated sales individual to help us pilot a commission-based, flexible part-time role focused on generating leads and awareness for Yardzen. Representative(s) will be incentivized based on a percentage of sales, specifically design orders and build revenue, with additional bonuses for premium design clients.
This is a contract /100% commission position for a pilot program that will run for three months to gather sufficient data and assess its validity. After the pilot period, we’ll do a comprehensive review and determine whether to scale the program or make adjustments based on the outcomes.
As a New Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will focus on generating leads and increasing awareness of Yardzen's services within your local community. This part-time position offers a commission-based incentive structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance.
Please note this role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Create local relationships to drive leads at scale. Create prospecting lists, conduct cold calls, complete site visits, and host events to drive awareness and pipeline for leads.
  • Awareness Building: Promote Yardzen to enhance brand visibility and recognition in your local community.
  • Client Acquisition: Encourage potential clients to engage with Yardzen's services, with a particular focus on design orders and build projects.
