Toi Labs is looking for an energetic individual to handle the growing logistics and returns for the company, with significant growth opportunities as the company creates a new category. Today, our advanced toilet seats go into senior homes across North America.

You will:

• Ensure seats get shipped and installed (by others) into the bathrooms of customers successfully
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external use
• Use software to automate and streamline key processes
• Conduct and improve the process of packing, shipping, activating, and coordinating information with customers
• Maintain inventory and organize local parts storage and tracking
• Handle returns, including processing units and associated documentation
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with maintenance/installation crews and global staff, maintaining positive relationships
