As a Producer at The Luupe, you are responsible for providing oversight on custom photography and video projects for a wide range of global brands, while nurturing artist and client relationships. This role will actively support the production team through artist outreach, administrative tasks and the end-to-end production management of creative projects, services and assets. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with great attention to detail and a keen artistic eye.

Your day-to-day

  • Actively engage and support creatives during the production process from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to deliver a best-in-class client experience through the production process.
  • Develop detailed project plans and workflows taking into account SOWs, resources, scheduling, and budgets.
  • Ability to transform a creative brief into a logistical plan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between artists, internal teams, and clients throughout development, production, and post-production, communicating daily milestones and next steps.
  • Conduct a quality assessment of all outputs and deliverables, facilitating feedback between artists and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks in order to meet critical deadlines.
  • Work closely with clients regarding legal parameters, licensing, estimate management, and talent guidelines.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payments to artists and production vendors.
  • Proactively share ideas and processes with other departments to increase cross-functional efficiencies and improve the overall production output.


  • 3+ years of professional experience in a production environment, agency experience a plus!
  • The STRONGEST project management skills - you’re an organizational rock star.
  • Independent and can work autonomously but also adept at collaborating with others
  • Strong visual acumen
  • An expert communicator – able to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines, while quickly addressing production challenges in real time.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Salesforce, and the tech space preferred.
