Batch is hiring three Account Executives to join in mid-December and help us build the celebration economy and grow the supply side of our marketplace. You'll be working directly with leadership to bring the best experiences, stays, and restaurants onto the platform—and help SMBs across 90+ markets grow their businesses.


Why?

Because Batch already has the demand. Over 700,000 celebration trips have been planned on our platform—birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, reunions, group getaways. We know exactly where people are going, what they're booking, and what's missing. Now we need team who can use that data to bring on the partners our customers are already looking for.

  • The demand is proven. We're not asking you to cold-call businesses and convince them group travel is a thing. It's a thing. We have the receipts.
  • The data does the targeting for you. Our database tells you which markets are hot, which categories are underserved, and which businesses are already getting searched for but aren't on the platform yet.
  • You're building something. This isn't about running someone else's playbook. You'll help shape how we expand into new verticals and new markets.

We're looking for people who get fired up about helping a party bus operator in Nashville or a boutique hotel in Scottsdale grow their business—and who want to be part of turning Batch into the infrastructure layer for the entire celebration economy.


What You'll Own

  1. Find and close the best partners in the country Use our data to identify high-demand experiences, accommodations, and restaurants—then get them on the platform. You own the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing.
  2. Help SMBs actually grow This isn't just about adding new logos to a marketplace. You'll be the first touchpoint for small business owners, helping them understand how Batch drives real revenue to their business. The best AEs at Batch genuinely care about that.
  3. Spot what's next You'll have your finger on the pulse of what's trending—whether that's hibachi chefs blowing up, pickleball parties becoming a thing, or a new market heating up. Bring those insights back to the team and help us move fast.
  4. Build the playbook as you go We're hiring a small cohort, not a massive sales floor. That means you'll have real input on how we run sales at Batch—scripts, processes, vertical strategy, all of it.


What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally in hospitality, short-term rentals, restaurants, or experiences.
  • A track record of hitting (and beating) targets.
  • The ability to toggle between data-driven prioritization and scrappy, just-get-it-done execution.
  • Genuine curiosity about small businesses and what makes them tick.
  • Energy that's contagious—you make the people around you better.
  • A clear vision for your own career, and a sense that this is the right next step.

Compensation

  • $110K–$140K OTE, depending on experience.
    • No Commission cap → The more SMBs we help, the more you earn!
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan, WFH Stipend, Regular Team Off-sites, and more.

Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
