On the partner side, we’re laser focused on driving growth to SMBs across 40+ cities in the US. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the upsell and cross-sell process by pitching and selling subscription tiers and marketing add-ons to Batch’s existing partner base.
  • Optimize Partner Success: Identify growth opportunities for partners, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue potential through strategic account management.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Utilize performance data to educate partners on revenue-boosting opportunities and make data-driven recommendations that enhance their business on Batch.
  • Be the Partner Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business within our Batch partners, keeping them informed on new monetization features, platform updates, and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop revenue-driving initiatives and improve the partner experience.

Must Haves:

  • Sales & Revenue Experience: 3-5+ years in sales, account management, or customer success with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Quota-Carrying Success: Experience in a revenue-generating role with a history of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Results-Driven Mentality: A competitive mindset focused on hitting and surpassing revenue goals while delivering value to partners.
  • Passion for Small Businesses: A strong desire to help **local businesses grow and thrive** through strategic revenue initiatives.
