Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify leads for the hottest up-and-coming party trends across the US
  • Conduct outreach to business owners and experience providers via phone and email
  • Qualify prospects and set up appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage and report on your sales pipeline, including sourcing, prospects, and conversions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to onboard new vendors efficiently
  • Contribute to new vertical expansion initiatives as Batch continues to grow beyond bachelorette parties

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with small business owners
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the travel, events, or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of multiple US markets and their unique entertainment scenes
  • Familiarity with startup environments and rapid growth scenarios
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
