About Batch

Batch is the leading group travel platform for planning trips with friends and booking incredible experiences. We are a post-Series A startup backed by leading venture capital firms. We are a lean team of 30 employees with excellent retention, because who doesn’t love building a party platform?!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create plan for helping boost revenue for our vendors. This includes supporting them in launching new markets, marketing to new party types, and driving further conversion optimization for their listing page
  • Hire and Manage a team of account managers that will support vendors by region. Hold the team accountable towards goals to drive revenue, improve partner CSAT, and reduce churn to the platform.
  • Be the spokesperson for the Batch partners. You will lead the communication to our base via delivering updates on product improvements, data and insights, and marketing features that will drive growth to partners.
  • Work directly with top partners to increase product offering, provide more marketing support, and help grow their overall business, both on and off the Batch platform.

Must haves:

  • Leadership experience hiring and managing a team before
  • Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, and customer service
  • A passion for driving growth for small businesses and entrepreneurship
  • Excellent communication skills. You are singelhandedly owning the vision of providing marketing technology for SMBs and bringing that to life.
  • Results driven. You will own goals for the team and contribute to the overall forecast to drive revenue and reduce churn for all partners on the Batch platform.

  • You have 7+ years of overall work experience, with 5+ leadership experience
  • You have a great story to tell that demonstrates your ability to learn, grow, and adapt quickly that makes you a great fit to lead a team
  • You have excellent references, where former managers or leaders will vouch for you in any company
