Do you have a passion for mobile apps, a keen eye for data, and the drive to turn user insights into revenue? TextNow’s Revenue pod is seeking a data-savvy Senior Product Manager - Data Monetization to join a new team and lead the charge in monetizing our user data responsibly through strategic partnerships with ad tech vendors and external partners. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of TextNow's new revenue streams and enhance the experience for millions of users while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

What You Will Own:

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Own and develop a clear First Party Data product strategy from conception to market while ensuring user privacy and compliance are paramount. You'll have significant autonomy to set direction with direct influence on company-wide priorities, outcomes, and revenue growth.
  • High-Performance Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cross-functional team of top performers. Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and results-driven environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking thrive.
  • Partnering with the Pros: Partner closely with Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Ad Sales, and Revenue Operations on the evaluation and selection of eligible third-party verification, audience, and measurement (brand lift) partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Own the outcomes, key metrics, and OKRs to measure success. Develop experimentation plans, analyze, and iterate rapidly to optimize features and achieve maximum impact.
  • Voice of the Customer: Become an expert in the needs of our users and partners. Advocate for a user-centric approach that solves pain points and drives engagement. Be accountable for the quality of your product and its impact on user experience and app performance.
  • Executive Partnerships: Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate directly with C-level executives to drive clarity and alignment with our company strategy. You'll have a visible and influential seat at the table shaping TextNow's future.

Who You Are:

  • Seasoned Mobile Product Leader: 7+ years of experience including a record of accomplishment monetizing customer data at scale.
  • Accept the Challenge: A positive, high-energy leader who instills a sense of urgency and excitement in their team.
  • Experimentation Evangelist: A champion of experimentation who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You foster an environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking are encouraged.
  • Ad Measurement Expert: Specialization across the iOS/Android ad tech ecosystem with expertise gathering and measuring First Party Data, audience verification, advertising engagement metrics, attribution, brand lift, and brand safety across ad networks and data brokers.
  • Technical Acumen: You delve deep into data, leveraging it to design scalable monetization solutions from both B2C and B2B angles.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You are comfortable with ambiguity who can influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization (including Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Quality Assurance, Ad Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, User Research, Legal, Finance, and third-party partners).
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Proven ability to lead the product development lifecycle articulating what and why to your pod and stakeholders. This includes from concept (briefs, wireframes, PRDs), through development (sprint planning/grooming, road mapping), to launch (Go-To-Market, A/B testing, rollouts), and through optimization.
  • Bonus Points: A Data Analyst or Data Scientist who transitioned to Product Management.
