What you’ll do

  • Develop platform-specific social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Translate brand and business goals into clear social content frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Define content pillars, formats, and posting strategies aligned with audience behavior.
  • Use data, trends, and platform insights to shape content direction and performance.
  • Partner with creatives to guide concept development and ensure ideas are platform-native.
  • Support campaign strategy across paid and organic social touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance and refine strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to test new formats, trends, and creative approaches.
  • Contribute to social playbooks, briefs, and strategic presentations.
  • Use AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and content strategy workflows.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in social media strategy within agencies, brands, or digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, formats, and content trends.
  • Experience building content strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable social strategies.
  • Experience working with performance data and social analytics tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with creatives, content teams, and marketers.
