Superside is hiring a Creative Producer to shape how we showcase our best work to the world. You’ll lead the production of customer case studies and creative showcases across our website, sales materials, social channels, and showreels, turning standout projects into stories that feel modern, inspiring, and unmistakably Superside.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Creative Lead for Acquisition, Creative Directors, designers, motion artists, and account teams across time zones. Success means building a scalable, high-quality showcase engine that strengthens our brand and directly supports growth

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Superside’s customer showcase library across web, sales, social, and showreels.
  • Identify new work to feature by partnering with creative directors and reviewing recent projects.
  • Audit and refresh existing showcases to resurface strong work or sharpen the narrative.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to gather inputs, context, and production assets.
  • Assemble and coordinate production teams (design, motion, copy) for each showcase.
  • Guide creative development from brief through final delivery, ensuring clarity and quality.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and dependencies across multiple concurrent showcases.
  • Run reviews and approvals with creative directors, project teams, and account stakeholders.
  • Document approvals and ensure final assets are stored, organized, and accessible.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 3–5+ years in a creative production role (agency, studio, publisher, or similar).
  • Experience producing case studies, visual stories, editorial content, or creative marketing assets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with designers, art directors, motion teams, and creatives at different levels.
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of storytelling across design, photography, copy, or motion.
  • Ability to translate messy inputs into clear narratives and structured deliverables.
  • Confidence guiding creative teams and maintaining quality without needing to execute the work yourself.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and motivated by making great work shine.
