Superside is looking for a relationship-driven, strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of global roles. In this position, you’ll attract and engage top-tier talent, guide hiring managers through a structured and seamless hiring process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Success in this role requires strong recruiting expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from planning and sourcing to interviewing, assessments, and final hiring decisions.
- Advise hiring managers across all levels, balancing speed, quality, and long-term talent strategies.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and industry best practices.
- Engage top talent globally, acting as a career consultant and ambassador for Superside.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a proactive hiring approach.
- Ensure structured, data-driven hiring processes that deliver high-quality hires efficiently.
- Strengthen Superside’s employer brand, positioning us as the premier destination for talent.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience in direct headhunting for talent.
- Proactive, high-energy mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong process management skills.
- Remote collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and teams.
