Superside is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Productivity Manager to lead the analytical team within the Creative Excellence team.

As such, you’ll have the opportunity to take a holistic and strategic look at our service delivery productivity in order to enhance our customers’ experience.

Reporting to the Creative Director of Craft & Productivity, you will assume a multifaceted responsibility with a high degree of autonomy, encompassing building and owning the structures, analysis and quantitative methods we use for measuring productivity and excellence in our services, as well as the refinement and streamlining of related processes.
