This is your time to shine! The assessment is designed to test your customer management, project management and creative abilities. You’ll have usually between 24h and 48h to complete this step.

60 minute conversation with a CPM Director and Team Leader! You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your assessment performance, dive deeper into your past experiences and also complete a simulation exercise. We always set aside some time for your question so don’t hesitate to prep some! We want to make sure we’re the right place for you as much as you’re the right fit for us!
