Compensation Philosophy

At Stronghold, we take a transparent and equitable approach to compensation, designed to attract exceptional talent and support long-term growth.

Market-Aligned Pay
We benchmark compensation using Pave and structure our bands based on top-tier market data from leading companies in our space.

Top-Quartile Targeting
We place new hires in the top 25th percentile of compensation bands. This ensures competitive offers while leaving room for future growth based on performance.

Performance-Based Progression
We don’t overpay up front. Instead, we set clear expectations and tie compensation growth to your impact and potential within the role.

No-Negotiation Policy
We offer our best and final compensation up front to eliminate bias, reduce inequity, and reinforce a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Benefits
We provide health benefits for eligible employees and continue to expand our total rewards offerings as we scale.

We believe compensation should be fair, transparent, and aligned with your contribution—not your negotiation skills.
