The Role - This is not a traditional CRM role.
You will build and run the system behind our outbound and lifecycle growth. This includes CRM structure, permissions, outbound sequencing, audience logic, and newsletters.
You’ll sit within the GTM team, working closely with sales, customer success, and growth to ensure everything we send is targeted, relevant, and converts.
You’ll be responsible for how we reach thousands of companies in a way that still feels precise and personalised.
Done well, this becomes one of the highest-leverage roles in the company.
What You’ll Own
CRM System
Build and manage CRM structure, fields, workflows, and data quality
Maintain clean, deduplicated, and actionable data
Define lifecycle stages, routing, and reporting
Permissions & Controls
Define who can send, edit, and launch outbound campaigns
Set rules for domains, sending limits, and contact usage
Implement guardrails so we can move fast without breaking things
Outbound Infrastructure
Build and run outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn
Partner with the GTM team on campaign execution
Use AI tools to personalise outreach at scale
Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and performance
Segmentation & Targeting
Define ICP and build high-quality prospect lists
Manage data enrichment and audience logic
Support account-based outbound and prioritisation
Newsletters & Lifecycle
Own newsletters end-to-end (setup → send → optimisation)
Build lifecycle campaigns across nurture, reactivation, and expansion
Improve engagement and conversion rates
Deliverability & Quality
Monitor sender health and campaign performance
Reduce risk across domains and outbound activity
QA campaigns before launch
Automation
Build workflows to reduce manual work
Improve speed and consistency across campaigns

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Manage CRM structure, workflows, and permissions
Build and launch outbound campaigns
Create segmented lists and target audiences
Run newsletters and lifecycle campaigns
Monitor performance and quickly resolve issues

Work closely with founders, sales, and growth — embedded as a core part of the GTM team

Requirements
Experience running a CRM in a startup or high-growth company
Experience with outbound tools and campaign execution
Strong understanding of segmentation, data quality, and workflows
Experience building newsletters or lifecycle campaigns
Clear communication and strong ownership mindset
Comfortable working within a GTM team and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue
Office-based, 5 days per week — we work in person
