About Searchable.com

Searchable.com operates at the forefront of AI-driven search and LLM visibility. We help brands understand and improve how they surface across AI platforms, modern search engines and emerging discovery environments.

This is not traditional SEO. It is category-defining work in a rapidly evolving space. Brand authority, narrative control and visibility across AI surfaces all matter.

We are hiring a genuinely exceptional Digital PR Director who is both strategic and deeply hands-on. This is not a managerial oversight role. It is senior ownership combined with craft-level execution.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can own the entire Digital PR function from strategy to execution.

That means:

  • Developing the overarching narrative strategy

  • Conducting the research

  • Writing the content

  • Building the assets

  • Leading the outreach

  • Securing the coverage

  • Driving authority across traditional and modern search environments

You will work closely with the Head of Go To Market, founders and Head of SEO to extract meaningful, insight-led thought leadership. You will turn expert commentary, product data and proprietary insights into campaigns that earn citations, links and brand mentions across high-authority publications and influential industry platforms.

But this role goes further than top-tier media.

You will operate at the forefront of Digital PR in the age of modern search. That means ensuring consistent brand narratives across all discovery surfaces, not just mainstream press.

We expect you to bring expert-level knowledge of our industry, utilising your network to drive legit and credible PR opportunities. The team can support you in finding and obtaining contacts for distribution, but eventually you will lead this.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Campaign Strategy & Authority Building

  • Designing a Digital and Traditional PR strategy aligned to commercial growth, brand building and AI visibility growth

  • Building campaigns that strengthen authority signals across search engines and AI models

  • Creating stories rooted in data, product insight and founder expertise

  • Translating complex AI and search concepts into compelling, accessible narratives

We have examples of PR we like in our industry, and our founding team has experience producing this themselves in the past - with great success:

Research, Content & Asset Creation

  • Conducting original research and analysing data

  • Drafting press releases, expert commentary, thought leadership and reactive pieces

  • Creating genuinely compelling, citation-worthy content assets

  • Extracting sharp insights from founders and internal experts

You must be comfortable writing and building the assets yourself. This is not a brief-and-delegate role.

  • Outreach, Coverage & Ecosystem Visibility

  • Securing coverage in top-tier tech, SaaS, marketing and business publications

  • Building relationships with senior journalists and editors

  • Driving consistent brand citations and authoritative backlinks

In addition, you will:

  • Engage in meaningful conversations across niche forums, specialist communities and industry platforms

  • Ensure brand narrative consistency across social, community and emerging AI-driven environments

  • Identify where conversations are happening and inject high-value, shareable insights into them

  • Position the brand as a trusted voice not only in media, but within active communities and ecosystems

This is about owning the broader visibility landscape. From national press to niche community threads, you will ensure the brand shows up with authority and consistency.

Measurement & Commercial Impact

  • Tracking authority growth, citation visibility and link quality

  • Aligning Digital PR activity to SEO and AI-search performance

  • Reporting impact clearly to founders and senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrating contribution to pipeline and commercial outcomes

You should be commercially sharp and able to tie narrative and authority back to measurable growth.

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years in Digital PR

  • Experience operating at Director or Senior Lead level

  • Proven record of landing top-tier coverage

  • Strong researcher and writer

  • Comfortable working in SaaS, tech or complex subject areas

  • Commercially aware and growth-minded

  • Comfortable remaining hands-on at a senior level

Our stack: We use Figma, Notion and AI-driven software like Claude heavily in the workplace - you will be assisted, but will be expected to learn these tools to scale your workflow, pull data autonomously using AI and build exceptional written and visual assets.

Most importantly, you are multi-skilled and exceptional at your craft. You are as comfortable building the strategy as you are writing the release, pitching the journalist and engaging in nuanced community conversations.

Why This Role Matters

You will:

  • Shape authority for a company operating at the cutting edge of AI search

  • Influence how the brand is perceived across media, search and community environments

  • Build a narrative that carries across traditional press, specialist forums and modern discovery platforms

  • Represent the Searchable brand positively, with potential for media appearances that may align with Head of GTM, Head of SEO or the founders.

  • Be rewarded appropriately for senior, hands-on excellence

Salary: £80,000–£85,000 depending on experience.

Location: onsite, London offices 5 x a week - working to a 9-9-6 working hours model
