About the Role
Join as the first Sales & GTM Lead at a fast-scaling, venture-backed, early revenue generating startup, where you’ll own both the full-cycle sales motion and the GTM automation engine.
You’ll shape how we acquire, convert, and expand customers from building outbound systems, to closing SME to enterprise deals.
As a pre requisite, you have to have a good grounding in Digital Marketing and SEO
This role is equal parts seller, systems builder, and GTM architect. You’ll:
Be the first interaction point for Searchable prospects, a trusted expert in the space of SEO and AI Search
Build a revenue engine that scales across outbound, inbound, ABM, content, and automation
Own GTM systems used by Fortune 500 buyers
Define our GTM standards, processes, and playbooks from day one
Work on genuinely hard revenue problems not just repetitive outreach, but designing a scalable GTM motion
Have outsized commercial impact as the company grows from early traction to category leadership
About You
We want someone who blends sales excellence with systems thinking, a builder who loves selling and loves automation. Someone who:
Has proven success closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals
Has background in Digital Marketing and SEO with an ability to hold your own against SMEs in the space
Runs full-cycle sales end-to-end—prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Thinks in systems, routing logic, scoring, triggers, workflows, attribution
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Communicates with clarity and can translate product complexity into simple business value
Takes extreme ownership of revenue outcomes
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end sales cycles with precision from first touch to signed contract
Build strategic account plans that uncover whitespace and unlock expansion
Lead compelling discovery and demo calls for technical and business buyers
Convert website, product, and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE workflows
Understanding how to work with the companies and Founder’s inbound lead generation motion
Design and maintain automated enrichment, scoring, and routing using Clay, CRM, internal tooling, triggers and more
Build scalable outbound campaigns, launching and iterating constantly
Own pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
Influence product roadmap with insights from customer conversations
