About the Role:
Come and join PicCollage where you can work with an international team and learn from seasoned developers on a popular mobile app with significant traction (millions of active users per day), as well as on new product ideas! As an equal opportunity employer, we support and accept differences and strive to create a workplace which stimulates creativity, collaboration and learning from all members.
We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Visual Designer to join our growing design team, someone who combines a strong sense of aesthetics with solid craft, and who can own projects end to end. You’ll work closely with our Content, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver creative work across the app and beyond.
This role blends hands-on design execution, leading design projects and driving creative collaboration across teams, ideal for someone who loves getting their hands dirty with pixels, prototypes, and creative experimentation.
What You'll Do:
- Own and lead design projects from 0 to 1, such as templates, branding, and campaigns, from concepts and mood boards to final delivery, with strong aesthetics and clear storytelling.
- Build guidelines and reusable patterns for your work, so other designers can work to the same standard.
- Provide thoughtful, specific feedback in design critiques with your peers.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure visuals are cohesive, and aligned with broader goals.
- Explore trends, emerging styles and techniques to keep our approach fresh.
- Present and communicate your design decisions and rationale to the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding design, or campaign design.
- A strong portfolio showing range across visual design.
- Working proficiency in English, comfortable reading briefs, writing documentation, and joining meetings in English.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma.
- Integration of AI tools into creative workflow.
- Comfortable giving and receiving design feedback.
- Understanding of US consumer market.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Background in product design or marketing design.
- Systematic thinking on design.
- Strong storytelling skills in motion design, video editing, or interactive content.
- Passion for experimenting with new design technologies and tools.
- Experience leading a project or mentoring a junior designer.
