About The Role:
We’re looking for a trend-savvy and detail-oriented Visual Content Curator to shape the visual content experience of the PicCollage app. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end curation process —from sourcing and managing global artist partnerships to identifying content opportunities through data and trends.
You will play a key role in building a high-quality, culturally relevant content library across stickers, backgrounds, templates, fonts, and effects, ensuring our content resonates with a global audience of over 200 million users.
Combining creative judgment, market awareness, and analytical thinking, you will evaluate content performance, surface emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable curation strategies. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the right content is surfaced to users at the right moments, enhancing discovery, engagement, and overall user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for visual quality, understands what makes content resonate, and enjoys working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Source, onboard, and manage relationships with external artists and licensors to build a diverse, high-quality content library.
- Own the end-to-end artist collaboration process, including coordination of licensing terms, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage and track artist contracts and payments, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Analyze content performance to uncover user behavior patterns, emerging trends, and high-impact assets.
- Proactively refine existing content, and identify content opportunities; translating insights into recommendations for new content curation.
- Stay closely attuned to cultural and platform trends, especially within US / Western markets.
- Contribute to optimizing content across surfaces (e.g., discovery, search results, recommendations) to drive engagement.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to bring content strategies to life.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance content discovery and user experience.

Skills We’re Looking For:
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Deeply trend-aware, with a strong understanding of US / Western culture, aesthetics, and digital behaviors.
- Strong visual judgment and design sensibility, with the ability to critique and guide creative output.
- This role does not require hands-on design execution.
- Ability to connect user insights, trends, and business goals into clear content strategies.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Background in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in content curation, creative strategy, or platform/content-driven products (e.g., Canva, Pinterest, TikTok, media, etc.).
- Familiarity with artist/vendor management, contracts, or licensing workflows.
- Curiosity and experience in leveraging AI creative tools (beyond ChatGPT) for content ideation, trend exploration, or workflow efficiency.
