About Us:

PicCollage Company runs on two things: great products—and a great environment where people can do their best work. This internship is for someone who loves making teams run smoother, spaces feel better, and moments feel memorable.

Think of it as a culture + operations “starter role” where you’ll learn how a fast-moving, global company actually works—from the inside.

About The Role:

You’ll help shape the everyday experience of working at PicCollage. Not in a “run errands” way—more like building the system and vibe that helps teams move faster and feel connected.

What you’ll get out of this

  • A front-row seat to how a real AI-Driven company operates—fast, cross-functional, and global.
  • A portfolio of real projects (events, process improvements, workplace experience).
  • A great launchpad for building transferable skills that open doors to Operations, Events, Community, People and Project roles—wherever your career takes you.

What You'll Do:

    Office experience & team enablement

  • Make the office a place people genuinely want to work from: tools ready, spaces comfortable, supplies stocked, meeting setups smooth.
  • Spot friction and fix it (even before anyone asks!)
  • Culture, moments & events

  • Use your creativity to plan and run team events that bring people together (holiday celebrations, office rituals, team gatherings, AI hackathon, workshop day, etc.).
  • Own the logistics and details that make events feel effortless, and turn the event highlights into shareable moments with social media.
  • Ad-hoc projects (the fun “random” part)

Depending on what the team needs and what you’re excited about, you may work on:

  • Vendor coordination, budget planning & tracking
  • Internal process improvements (with company-paid AI tools!)
  • Helping people ops / company marketing projects that support team culture

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • You notice details other people don’t—and you enjoy improving them.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and you actually like making chaos feel calm.
  • You can run with a task, clarify what’s unclear, and keep things moving.
  • Repetitive work doesn’t drain you—you treat it as a chance to make things better and cleaner.
  • You enjoy working with people and making shared experiences feel thoughtful.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Event planning experience (school clubs, community events, part-time jobs — all count).
  • Photo/video shooting or editing (for event recaps and memories).
  • A love for space setup, organization, plants, or “vibe building.”

Note:

  • Advanced English + Chinese required (Chinese strong enough to communicate with external parties/vendors).
  • Prefer 3-4 days/week for 6+ months; this role needs to be in-office.
  • Start date: flexible; we’ll align after the offer.
  • This is a paid internship position.
