About the Role
We believe great teams build great products—and that all starts with the right people. As a Recruiting Specialist at PicCollage, you won’t just fill roles—you will be our primary Talent Scout and Brand Ambassador. If you love connecting with people, enjoy using AI to work smarter and more efficiently, and get excited about spotting high-potential talent for a creative, international team—this is your stage.
We’re looking for someone with solid recruiting experience in tech or software—ideally in a startup environment—who’s ready to roll up their sleeves to find, engage, and support top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Talent Detective: Actively source, engage, and attract both technical and non-technical talent (Engineers, designers, PM, marketing etc.) using creative methods and platforms well beyond standard job boards.
  • Own the Candidate Journey: Collaborate closely with Recruiting Leads (RLs) to design streamlined, smooth interview processes—from the first email to the final decision. Ensure every contact point actively attracts and retains the candidate's interest, positively reflecting our unique culture.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador: Run engaging external career fairs, university events, and community meetups to amplify the PicCollage brand and convert passive talent into excited candidates.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Work hand-in-hand with RLs to deeply understand their specific team needs, translating complex requirements into compelling candidate pitches.
  • Drive with Data: Apply basic analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, track key metrics, and optimize future recruitment campaigns for maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have solid experience in recruiting in tech/software industries (bonus points if you’ve recruited for both tech and non-tech roles)
  • You have done end-to-end recruitment before: has good track recording in talent sourcing, and enjoys each contact point with the candidate throughout interview process.
  • You are fluent in both English and Chinese—writing, speaking, and everything in between
  • You’re a natural people-person who’s curious, empathetic, and great at communication
  • You are great at deciphering recruiting data and spot insights, not just spreadsheets
  • You are good at interpreting the real needs and able to translate into execution steps.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • You’ve done some recruiting marketing before, able to write social posts and host talent events
  • You’ve worked with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or Teamdoors
  • You are familiar with Taiwan’s work permit and ARC processes
