About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join the New Products team at PicCollage.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving group focused on launching and growing new apps. This is a highly hands-on position, perfect for someone who thrives in a startup or incubator environment, loves trying new things, and doesn’t mind a little creative chaos.
One day you might be crafting your own Meta ads campaign, the next you’re brainstorming influencer campaigns or helping shape the brand identity of a brand-new app. If that sounds exciting, you should enjoy it here in Explore.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute campaigns for early-stage apps — from influencer outreach to paid ads to organic or community experiments.
- Create engaging English-language copy across platforms (App Store, ads, social, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product teams to align marketing with product goals and user insights.
- Research and track social media and cultural trends - especially in Western markets like the US.
- Bring creative ideas to the table and be willing to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Contribute to branding, visual storytelling, and light design tasks (no need to be a pro designer, just have taste!).
- Measure campaign performance and share learnings with the team.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Passion for social media, especially organic marketing, influencer marketing, and community building.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across disciplines.
- A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who loves experimenting.
- Good-to-excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Curiosity about and understanding of the Western (especially US) market and culture, how people talk, what trends resonate, what feels authentic.
- Comfort in uncertainty, able to prioritise your own tasks well.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience running paid ads (especially on Meta).
- SEO or ASO expertise.
- Familiarity with iOS app marketing.
- Extensive experience in AI tools and emerging tech.
- A good design sense or experience creating visuals for marketing.
