You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and scale low-code and AI-driven solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and bring clarity to our data.
This role also includes supporting internal IT infrastructure and ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our tools and systems. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys both solving technical problems and empowering others through technology.
What You'll Do:

- Integrate across platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace for smooth data flow.
- Build and maintain workflows to centralize data for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and optimize workflows for reliability, performance, and security.
- Own IT-related work, including provisioning access, managing subscriptions, and device onboarding.
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues; escalate complex IT or tooling problems when needed.
- Document processes, create SOPs, and provide training so others can use and extend automations.
- Prototype and experiment with AI- or LLM-powered automations, bots, and agents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and automation trends, evaluate tools, and share recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience with low-code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Google Apps Script.
- Ability to build integrations and scripts using TypeScript or Python.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and structured data such as JSON.
- Familiarity with databases and data transformation using SQL.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teammates.
- Strong documentation habits with a focus on reusable, scalable workflows.
- Scripting and troubleshooting skills for automation and IT-related tasks.
- Strong curiosity and passion for AI and automation innovations.
Nice to Haves:
- 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related fields. Startup experience is a plus.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS.
- Experience building bots, agents, or MCPs.
- Ability to quickly prototype with LLMs or other AI models.
- Hands-on experience with Apple devices, NAS, Wi‑Fi, or workplace IT systems.
- Able to be in the office at least four days per week to support on-site automation and IT needs.
Notes
- This is a one-year, full-time contract role supporting internal IT and automation operations.
