About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Branding Designer to help lead visual design and how to craft the vision for Company Branding, Pic Collage app, and also consult how to approach branding for other apps. This role demands a blend of creative leadership, stakeholder communication capabilities, strategic brand thinking, user-centric design and the ability to work with the team to elevate designs as a whole. We're especially looking for someone who actively integrates AI tools into their design process and has direct experience with rebranding and scaling design systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Leadership: Define and drive how to set the structure and visual creative vision for our brands. Set a high-level direction for how the brand shows up across marketing, product, partnerships, and social — ensuring it reflects our values, resonates with our audience, and stands out in the market.
  • Design Systems & Implementation: Lead the development and scaling of brand assets, guidelines, and systems that empower teams to execute consistently and efficiently across all touchpoints — from product UI to marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present and communicate design strategy and decisions to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, growth, and engineering to ensure brand alignment and execution.
  • Design Critique & Mentorship: Guide other designers through thoughtful critique, design reviews, and feedback—upholding brand consistency and elevating creative quality across all touchpoints.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).
  • Understanding of US consumer market.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction roles.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases branding and rebranding projects, digital campaigns, and cross-platform design work—especially for Western or global markets
  • Advanced Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator and Photoshop), Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Hands-on experience leading or contributing to rebranding initiatives and scaling design systems.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into your creative workflow to improve ideation, efficiency, and asset development.
  • Strong grasp of modern design processes, including agile workflows, iterative testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Confident communicator who can clearly explain design thinking and influence decisions across teams.
  • Experience leading creative projects and mentoring other designers.
  • Love of learning and sharing design as their craft.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Background in performance marketing or product marketing design.
  • Strong storytelling skills in motion design, video editing, or interactive content.
  • Passion for experimenting with new design technologies and creative tools.
