About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Manager to join our team and take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure and support. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our systems, tools, and hardware. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage software and hardware needs, troubleshoot issues, and support a productive work environment.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup setting and enjoys both solving technical problems and empowering others through technology.
What You'll Do:
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
- Monitor and optimize IT system performance and reliability.
- Manage company’s tool and platform subscriptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in security assessments, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, wifi, printers, phones, and other devices.
- Train members in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to communicate problems and solutions with external parties (both English and Chinese).
- Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner to non-technical members.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Can be in the office at least 4 days/week. Since this role will require being able to address IT issues as they arise in the office, we prefer that you come to the office on most days.

- This role could be offered as a regular full-time position or a full-time contract position, depending on the outcome of the interview.
