About The Role:
As a Developer Intern, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, operations, and other talented developers to build impactful products. Depending on your interests, you may work on user-facing features or internal systems—leveraging AI and automation to improve the way we work.
We value proactiveness, curiosity, and continuous learning. If you're passionate about building, learning, and sharing—whether it's shipping features or streamlining processes—we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate to continuously improve our codebase—through research, programming, reviewing, and debugging.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency or internal workflows.
  • Build MVPs - we love to build and shape ideas into reality.
  • Propose solutions, share feedback, and participate in fun hack projects.
  • Depending on your focus, you may work on automation, internal tools, or AI-powered systems that help the team move faster and smarter.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Enjoys challenges.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and loves learning!
  • Passionate about building. Should be able to showcase demos.
  • Basic understanding of software engineering fundamentals, such as data structures, algorithms, and version control.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience building highly interactive applications with strong UI/UX sensibility.
  • Participation in coding competitions or hackathons.
  • Interest in AI/ML, or experience launching a mobile app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Notes:

  • You must be able to work in the office.
  • You'll be assigned to the Web, Mobile or Operations team (not the ML team) depending on your interview performance and interests.
  • You should commit to at least 6 months, working five days/week during summer, and three days/week during the academic year.
  • For applicants interested in supporting workflows using AI and automation, we may consider 3-month commitments during the summer.
