We are looking for a Company Operations Intern to take part in a fast-moving and growing company! As an intern, you will have the chance to get involved in office management, event planning, company marketing, and an array of other operational projects and tasks. You'll not only gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of a company, but also play an important role in building our team and nurturing our company culture.

Responsibilities:
- Office management- Manage and improve an office space that fosters collaboration among our members. This entails daily tasks like ordering office supplies, managing and maintaining the physical environment, setting up meeting-related equipment, and other office-related tasks.
- Event planning - Plan and host various events to celebrate holidays and enhance relationships among team members.
- Company marketing- Create social media content in different formats to promote the company externally.
- Petty cash management
Qualifications:
- Repetition doesn’t affect your spirit; you embrace the details and repetition as opportunities for improvement and mastery in your work.
- You pay attention to detail, and you're proactive in seeking clarity by asking questions.
- You have planned and hosted events before and have a good understanding of handling logistics related to organizing events.
- You enjoy celebrating holidays and have sense of meaningful rituals.
- You are a great story-teller. You have experience in creating engaging social media content and enjoy sharing news and special moments with people.
- You can communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Chinese.
Plus:
- You have experience in tracking and improving performances of social media engagement.
- You love home and space organization and decoration, including taking care of plants and creating the right “vibe” in the spaces that you’re in.
Notes:
- We prefer interns who can work: 4-5 days a week for 6 months at least.
- Please note that this position needs to come to the office often.
