We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator tools with the best team in the creator economy, and are looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Trust and Safety to support our mission.

This role is based in San Francisco or in New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

  • You’ll support the data needs of Trust & Safety (Content Safety, Account Integrity, Fraud) teams, all of which are critical to Patreon.

  • You’ll influence multiple Trust & Safety team roadmaps through analyses that increase our understanding of each space.

  • You’ll conduct data analyses and queries to unblock critical workstreams in partner teams.

  • You will become a critical contributor during incidents.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.

  • 2+ years of experience in the Trust & Safety space (Content Safety, Fraud, or Account Integrity).

  • You have experience translating data requests from non-technical partners into clear data pulls & analyses, dashboards, and/or self-service tools.

  • You are proficient in SQL and Python/R for conducting data analyses.

  • You have a habit of looking at the data closely and familiarizing yourself with datasets to better understand nuances and potential issues.

  • You are curious and want to understand the operational details of cross-functional teams to become a better partner.

  • You execute with attention to detail and exemplary work ethic.

  • You have a growth mindset and aspire to continuously improve your soft and technical skills.

  • You are an excellent communicator with a love for clarity and simplicity.
