This role is based in New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

• Work with the CPO to develop and implement communication strategies that align with our mission and vision

• Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive the growth and success of the company

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication

• Analyze data and provide insights that inform decision-making

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and provide support on various initiatives

About You

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve common goals.
