Full-Time SaaS Solutions Architect @ social venture saas startup - Remote, USA

We partner with agencies across the country who are at the frontlines of care, but who are currently not tech-enabled and need a better way to intake, organize and review the data on who they are serving and how.

About the Position:

At Mon Ami, the Solutions Architecture (SA) team helps coordinate statewide implementation projects that require collaboration between product, engineering, data, and customer success. Using product knowledge, technical skills, and an intimate understanding of customer requirements, SAs support product configuration and data migrations end-to-end.

Solutions Architects work closely with public sector customers such as State Units on Aging, Health and Human Services departments, and Disability Services agencies. A grounding in the policy and programmatic context of health, aging, and/or disability services is highly valuable, as it helps inform the translation of customer needs into product solutions.

The role requires exceptional cross-functional coordination and communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities to keep complex projects on track. Successful SAs are both big-picture thinkers—able to connect state and federal policies with system design—and detail-oriented problem solvers who can dive into data and workflows to ensure accuracy and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• You will project manage large scale implementation projects.
• You will participate in client-facing discovery sessions and review customer workflows to help identify requirements.
• You will work closely with Product Implementation Leads to support solution design (selecting modules, tools, and workflows) based on customer requirements.
• You will work closely with engineering teams to support data migration decisions and documentation.
• You will provide technical support for system configuration, including managing complex spreadsheets, exploring legacy system data, performing QA, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple streams of work.
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with the technical details of a complex SaaS product
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Proficient with manipulating data using spreadsheet tools, such as Google Sheets, (experience with SQL is not required, but helpful).
• (Ideally) Familiar with the aging and disability social services field, case management, healthcare, or related services.
• (Ideally) Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or customer onboarding
