Why This Role Matters

Design is central to everything we do. As Lead Product Designer, you won’t just make things look good—you’ll define how they work, how they feel, and how they empower. You’ll be the craft lead on our core user experience, building AI-native interfaces that guide DTC brands from prompt to profit.

You’ll design for action, speed, and trust—turning complex inputs (like SKU performance, margin, and seasonality) into elegantly intuitive tools.

In your first 6 months, success looks like:

• Shaping the design foundation for our AI campaign planning and execution interface
• Designing and shipping our first generation of user flows for the Smart Revenue Calendar
• Establishing a design system that balances speed, simplicity, and clarity

What You’ll Do

• Define Our Product’s Look and Feel: You’ll design intuitive, minimal, and beautiful interfaces that bring clarity to chaos
• Design AI-Native Interfaces: Create systems where users feel in control—understanding why each suggestion is made, and how to take action
• Craft From First Principles: Work alongside product and engineering to concept and validate early-stage features from the ground up
• Build a Cohesive System: Establish scalable design patterns and visual languages across the platform
• Prototype Quickly: Use Figma or preferred tools to test ideas early and often, balancing fidelity and speed
• Lead With Empathy: Champion our users—DTC operators, marketers, and founders—through every pixel

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a high-craft, systems-thinking product designer who’s obsessed with simplicity, elegance, and the user.

• 6+ years of product design experience in SaaS, productivity tools, or AI-enabled platforms
• Portfolio that showcases elegant, modern, and highly functional UX/UI work
• Experience designing tools from 0→1, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong product intuition and the ability to collaborate tightly with product and engineering
• Comfort with data-heavy and logic-driven interfaces, but a bias for simplicity and clarity
• Experience designing AI or automation features is a strong plus

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing user-centric products that are both functional and visually appealing. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences. • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications

In addition to the following skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• 8+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems.
• Background in SaaS, ideally in PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SMB SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Experience with data visualization and designing for complex data-driven applications.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
