Director, People Operations (HR)
Loop
Hi, we are LOOP. Doers, rebels, and tinkerers. We’re passionate about our mission to drive progress and stop at nothing to get there. We question rules, imagine possibilities, and dare to build the future we envision. We’re big-hearted and kind but relentless about driving results. We’re equal parts creative and quantitative, art and science. We believe in insurance as a social enterprise — one that’s priced fairly, treats Members like family, and financially supports our neighborhoods.
We know that Insurance itself started out as a form of social good—an idea to collectively build a safety net for when times got tough. These days, it’s more like a Necessary Evil. If you want mobility in car-centric North America, you gotta pay. Unfortunately, the system that was intended for good is broken.
So we’re building a better system, one that’s committed to breaking bad cycles and replacing them with virtuous loops and we'd love you to join us for the ride!
