We build AI systems that enable autonomous factory operation and real-time optimization by generating actions and insights from vision systems, sensors, and existing industrial infrastructure. Our platform is deployed directly into real manufacturing environments to solve high-impact problems across inspection, quality, safety, throughput, and operational performance—without requiring heavy new hardware investments.

Position Overview

Maneva is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the engine of our growth by identifying and qualifying net-new revenue opportunities within manufacturing organizations. Your success will be based on your ability to successfully deploy a modern tech stack that results in high-quality qualified leads for our sales team.

This is a high-energy role for a professional who thrives in the "top of the funnel." You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and Generative AI to reach manufacturing leaders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can translate complex AI capabilities into compelling reasons for a first meeting.

Key Responsibilities

Net-New Pipeline Generation

  • Proactively generate high-quality pipeline through disciplined cold outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn-based sequencing.
  • Execute a territory plan targeting manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers that align with Maneva’s ICP.
  • Maintain high daily outbound activity levels to consistently create new opportunities without reliance on inbound leads.

Sales Tech Stack & Tooling

  • Expertly leverage lead generation and sales intelligence tools, including ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and utilize Gong to refine messaging and improve discovery techniques.

Manufacturing Discovery & Qualification

  • Engage directly with manufacturing stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and plant leadership.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points on the factory floor.
  • Effectively communicate the ROI-driven value proposition of Maneva’s AI platform to technical and business buyers.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales development or outside/inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
  • Previous experience navigating the manufacturing space or selling into factory environments.
  • Expertise in modern outbound tooling, specifically ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Apollo.
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging Generative AI and conversational intelligence tools (like Gong) to optimize sales workflows.
  • Strong discipline in territory planning and executing repeatable outbound sequences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year.
  • Variable Compensation: Performance-based commission opportunities.
