What skills do I need? 📖
- Unleash your HR prowess! Leverage your 8+ years of experience in complex HR roles, including at least 6 years as a business partner, to make an immediate impact.
- Thrive in the tech world! Bring your tech start-up experience as a business partner, particularly supporting leaders in R&D organizations. Your understanding of this dynamic landscape will set you up for success.
- Be a strategic powerhouse! Demonstrate your ability to partner with and influence multi-layered senior leadership on highly complex, commercially-critical talent and people strategies.
- Master the EMEA tech market! Showcase your extensive knowledge of the talent networks, talent attraction strategies, and industry best practices within the region. Your expertise will inform and guide our strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate your ability to influence! Transform business goals and priorities into impactful people-related initiatives. Your ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives will be instrumental in our success.
