The Opportunity
We are excited to expand our growing sales team! Inspectiv is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Account Executive with a proven success record to help drive net new revenue while managing upsell opportunities within the existing assigned book of business. In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to drive full-cycle business opportunities. This includes prospecting, contract negotiation, account management, and expansion.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who knows how to speak to a customer's needs and sell accordingly.
What you will do:
Impact funnel growth with new opportunity prospecting, utilizing sales methods such as cold outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, customer discovery calls, etc.
Manage entire sales cycle from cold outbound prospecting through booking customer contracts
Build out a green-field territory, including developing vertical-specific messaging to target ideal customers
Manage dynamic sales cycle incorporating SMB, MM, and occasional ENT opportunities
Understand competitive products and speak to Inspectiv’s differentiation
Consistent CRM management, by maintaining accurate account-based intelligence, realistic forecasting, and proper lead management
Identify and develop expansion opportunities for clients to build on their Inspectiv relationship over time
The role comprises 80% outbound selling, 20% working of inbound leads
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a software for tech company
Excellent communication both oral and written
Ability to work well independently in a remote-first environment
Demonstrate success driving new business through self prospecting
High aptitude for learning and adapting to changing priorities
Success-driven, highly motivated and a sense of urgency in acquiring new clients
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for their own success
Knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry - ideally from a previous sales role in the industry
Experience working in an agile startup environment is a huge plus
Experience in Application Security is a huge plus

Salary Range: 100k base + commission + equity. OTE: 200k. Exact compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
