About the Role
As a Lead Product Designer at Inspectiv, you’ll lead the charge in creating user-centric designs that make security accessible and intuitive. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll define and implement visually compelling design strategies that resonate with our users while supporting business growth. This role reports to the CTO.

What you will do:
- Design visually elegant and clear interfaces that evolve Inspectiv’s brand identity and aesthetic.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain right-sized design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate effectively in an agile environment with product managers and engineers to manage tradeoffs and ensure seamless implementation of designs. Monitor design quality after releases and ensure iterative design improvements are added to the backlog.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products.
- Periodically present your work to teams, stakeholders and clients. Speak clearly to tradeoffs and the “Why” behind design decisions in terms non-designers can understand and participate in.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance processes and inform innovation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for software applications, preferably in SaaS style software products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, clear, user-centered design work.
- Excellent understanding of graphic design principles and human-computer interaction patterns
- Well-versed in Figma (or a similar tool like Adobe XD or Sketch), especially using collaborative features, dev handoff, auto-layout, component libraries, prototyping, etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to articulate strategic reasoning behind design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
- Past success working independently within the cross-functional team to manage, track, and communicate design project plans, milestones, and progress.

Salary Range: 160,000 - 180,000 Exact compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
