The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on growth and demand generation.

This role is responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. They will collaborate with various teams, including sales, product owners, and executives, to ensure effective communication and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

This role reports to Inspectiv’s Chief Revenue Officer. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target key customers
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate demand.
  • Drive brand consistency and recognition by developing and maintaining brand guidelines and creative assets.
  • Coordinate and oversee the creation of marketing content, such as website copy, blog articles, white papers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  •  Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, pain points, and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through lead nurturing campaigns, lead scoring, and marketing automation.
  •  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly track, analyze, and report on performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience (5-6 years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience coming from a high-growth start-up tech environment (cybersecurity a plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, and analytics platforms, including HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with ABM and intent-based marketing, and related platforms (e.g.; 6Sense) a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.

Salary Range: 120k - 170k + equity. Exact compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
