Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of Algebra AI, a new regional holding company.
Algebra AI is a joint venture between Infinity Constellation in NYC and Tier 1 MENA investors.
We build and scale AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors. Algebra AI will localize proven models and launch new ventures tailored to regional opportunities.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Director of Brand & Marketing to define, build, and scale the Algebra AI brand across the region.
You’ll own brand architecture, marketing strategy, and go-to-market storytelling for the platform and its portfolio of services - including our design and creative offering delivered in partnership with global teams.
This is a hybrid brand and commercial leadership role: you’ll shape how the brand shows up in the world, drive demand for our services, and act as the senior point of contact for clients in-market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Architecture
Define and codify Algebra AI’s brand architecture, including its sub-brands and service lines.
Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity frameworks that scale across markets.
Oversee brand implementation across marketing, digital, and communications channels.
Lead content and messaging strategy — ensuring consistency across all external touchpoints.
Marketing & Growth
Build and execute Algebra AI’s marketing strategy, including awareness, lead generation, and PR.
Develop and manage campaigns that drive qualified pipeline across multiple business units.
Measure marketing performance and optimize for ROI, conversion, and retention.
Build and lead a small internal team and external vendors to deliver on marketing goals.
Client & Partnership Management
Act as the senior local contact for our design services — leading client relationships from pitch to delivery.
Translate global creative systems and workflows into localized client value.
Partner with international delivery teams to ensure projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and commercial targets.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Algebra AI’s broader portfolio.
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with Founders and functional leads to ensure brand and marketing strategy aligns with business objectives.
Contribute to overall commercial strategy, GTM launches, and partnership initiatives.
Represent Algebra AI externally — in press, events, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
8–12+ years in brand, marketing, or commercial leadership, ideally in technology, creative services, or high-growth ventures.
Proven record of building or scaling a brand from inception to market traction.
Experience managing senior client relationships and creative delivery across markets.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong command of brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign architecture.
Comfortable owning both strategic positioning and hands-on execution.
Strong presentation and communication skills — can pitch, persuade, and close.
Data-driven marketer who understands brand equity as well as performance metrics.
Familiarity with AI-enabled creative and marketing workflows is a plus.
Mindset
