AI is not just another product. It’s a revolution. It will impact the way business is conducted and influence the way human teams organize, communicate, and perform.
The Supernal team wants to make it easy for small businesses to compete in this new, rapidly emerging world. Small business no longer needs to mean limited business. All business teams, no matter their size, now have the ability to punch above their weight while retaining the personal touches that define them as unique contributors to their markets.
The Supernal team makes use of the tools we sell to our clients and is constantly exploring ways to reimagine human business and organization using an AI first approach. Everything from our job descriptions, to our pipeline management, our website, to our emails touches AI in some way. We want to recruit teammates who wake up with a desire to do the basics well while identifying ways to make things better. We might be an AI company, but we don’t care about AI. We care about results.
