The Opportunity

  • Own the vision. Shape Cosmos’s market positioning and long-term ambition in a sector worth >$300 B and growing.

  • Drive GTM from zero to scale. Design the go-to-market motion, land lighthouse customers, and build predictable revenue.

  • Lead a global team. Blend offshore service talent with HQ-based product, engineering, and sales.

  • Leverage Infinity’s platform. Tap shared recruiting, capital, and portfolio relationships to accelerate traction while retaining full strategic autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Area What You’ll Drive Vision & Strategy Refine Cosmos’s value proposition and competitive edge; translate market insights into clear priorities. Go-to-Market Leadership Own ICP definition, pricing, growth channels, and strategic partnerships (e.g., cyber-insurance, MSP ecosystems). P&L & Execution Build budgets, hit ARR and margin targets, and keep unit economics on track. Instrument KPIs for transparent, data-driven decision-making. Team & Culture Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed organization that embodies Infinity’s values of curiosity, collegiality, and innovation. Stakeholder Management Report to Infinity’s GP group, manage board communications, and lead future fundraising rounds. Customer Outcomes & Compliance Ensure service quality and audit-ready standards (e.g., SOC 2) that win—and keep—mid-market clients.

Ideal Profile

  • Builder at heart — launched or scaled a tech-enabled services or SaaS company to meaningful revenue (≥$10 M ARR preferred).

  • Commercial athlete — proven record in mid-market / enterprise sales, pricing strategy, and channel partnerships.

  • Strategic operator — comfortable setting north-star metrics, running rigorous execution cadences, and iterating quickly from real-world feedback.

  • AI & data fluent — appreciates how automation and proprietary data create defensible advantage (deep technical expertise a plus, not required).

  • Trusted leader — inspires cross-functional teams, communicates crisply with investors, and thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
