What's the Role?
As a Sales Enablement Manager at Glow, you will onboard, coach, and continually develop a high-performing team of full-cycle Account Executives to achieve and exceed their goals. Your role will involve ramping up sales team velocity efficiently and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to support our ambitious growth goals and assist small businesses in this underserved market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement holistic sales enablement strategies, processes, and tools
- Build a structured set of repeatable processes for classes of AEs to onboard and ramp to full productivity
- Build playbooks, documenting training on product and processes throughout the sales funnel
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge, from new hires early-in-their-career, to ongoing improvement programs, and manager and leadership training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
- Partner with Head of Sales Strategy to ensure processes are being followed and optimized
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and for strategic decision-making and performance management
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams
- Enjoys being on the cutting edge of technology and process - we develop our own software in-house to make our team more effective
