What's the Role?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Sourcer to join us as we ramp up our hiring efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping us 10x the sales team by identifying and engaging with candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and the broader Recruiting team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing efforts, job postings and events.
  • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics for sourcing, screens and accepted offers.
  • Creating, engaging and nurturing a network of sales talent in the South Jordan, Utah area.
  • Conducting initial screens with sales talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process.
  • Consulting with greater recruiting team and hiring mangers on changes or improvements to the interview process to ensure the best results and conversions.
  • Advertising jobs, screening applicants, following up appropriately and managing external platforms and communications.
  • Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in Lever, our ATS.
  • Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, an ensure a positive candidate experience.

You'll be a good fit if you:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals.
  • Understand the sales talent landscape and have experience recruiting for high volume outbound sales reps in Utah.
  • Have experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building brand awareness.
  • Are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Embody a strong sense of urgency and have high levels of attention to detail.
  • Are a strong storyteller with the ability to communicate the company’s vision and mission.
  • Have the desire to help build something from the ground up!
  • Please Note: This position is fully onsite in our San Francisco office 5 days per week
