What's the Role?
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent team and help us scale the Product & Engineering organization. You will lead technical recruiting efforts and help us bring in top talent that is excited about building a world-class product. In this role, you'll own sourcing, screening and building relationships with technical talent in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will collaborate closely with our leadership team to meet our ambitious hiring goals.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a hiring strategy in consultation with leadership team.
  • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics for sourcing, screens and accepted offers.
  • Creating, engaging and nurturing a network of technical talent in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Conducting initial screens with all technical talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process.
  • Consulting with our engineering team and hiring mangers on changes or improvements to the interview process to ensure the best results and conversions.
  • Advertising jobs, screening applicants, following up appropriately and managing external platforms and communications.
  • Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in Lever, our ATS.
  • Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, an ensure a positive candidate experience.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving hiring goals.
  • A deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, specifically software engineers, product designers and product managers.
  • Experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building their brand.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Agency recruiting experience is also a plus!
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate the company’s vision and mission.
  • The desire to help build something from the ground up!
