Role Description

Giftbit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Account Executive to join our Go-to-Market team. The AE will be at the forefront of growing our business through new customer acquisition. This role will be responsible for identifying key prospects, coordinating across the business to develop outreach plans, finding new opportunities, closing new business, and ultimately driving revenue growth for Giftbit. This is a high impact role that will directly contribute to revenue growth and our market reputation.

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Close new business opportunities
• Negotiate revenue-positive agreements with new customers
• Identify potential clients through market research and networking
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships
• Achieve sales goals and revenue targets for new customers
• Represent Giftbit in Industry events and trade shows
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
• Be a strong advocate for prospects and customers back to the organization

• Experience and Success with Outbound Sales
• Familiarity with the Incentive Industry and Prepaid Cards
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Humility, Curiosity, and Passion for learning
• Technical understand of APIs and Integrations
• Ability to build positive and enduring relationships with prospects

Compensation and Benefits: Salary + Commission, OTE (on-target earnings) of CAD$110-$150K depending on candidate experience. Giftbit provides a competitive benefits and paid time off package to it’s employees as well as continued learning and education opportunities.
