Instructional Designer

Who are we?

We’re one of the “good guys”. CybeReady’s goal is to help organizations change their cybersecurity behavior and culture. We’re building a platform that automatically trains employees against phishing and other social engineering attacks. Our machine learning algorithms personalize training for each employee and send them the right phishing simulations and other training content.

At CybeReady, we value quality work, family life, and work-life balance. We offer a hybrid work environment two days a week in our office in Bnei Brak, near Ayalon Mall (a five-minute walk from Ben Gurion Dankal station).

About this position

We’re looking for an instructional designer who can create great content to train employees against social engineering cyber attacks, at scale.

Since this is a maternity leave replacement role, you will be maintaining existing training material, but there’s still plenty of space for creativity. There is a chance the position will become permanent, but it’s not guaranteed.

If you like challenges and want to explore the future of learning from within a key role in the company, CybeReady is the place for you.

What you’ll do

  • Find and evaluate novel learning approaches and tools that we can implement in our product
  • Generate training deliverables in diverse formats and delivery options
  • Research customers’ needs and challenges in terms of cybersecurity training
  • Support other teams with your professional knowledge

Requirements

  • Education or background in learning technologies
  • Native Hebrew and fluent English (native-level is an advantage)
  • Good writing skills, and the ability to match your writing to the style of our existing content
  • Ability to create training materials in text and presentations. Videos and infographics – an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Experience working with instructional design tools – an advantage
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge – an advantage
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity – an advantage
  • Problem-solver, resourceful and independent
  • Empathy and a positive and kind personality 🙂
