About This Role:

The GTM Operations Manager is responsible for operationalizing GTM strategy, optimizing performance, and helping to maintain alignment cross functionally. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leaders to manage scalable, data-driven operating models while maintaining excellence in execution, governance, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Owns and maintains the GTM tracker, ensuring all initiatives, milestones, and deliverables are accurately documented and up to date.

• Serves as project manager for critical cross-functional initiatives, defining clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes; follows up with project owners across departments to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely completion.

• Partners cross functionally to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategy.

• Manages documentation, communication, and governance of standard operating procedures across GTM teams.

• Identifies operational bottlenecks and escalates issues, working with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve speed, clarity, and execution quality.

• Acts as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, providing visibility into project status and organizational alignment.

• Coordinates project-based workstreams, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.

• Supports a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and data-driven decision making.

• Facilitates alignment among diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• 3 to 6 years of experience in GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.

• Strong expertise in project management, program coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.

• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools, Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred.Job Description – GTM Operation Manager

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Playa Vista, California location is $111,000 to $149,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
